Founder President Late Hon. Gajanan Kharche established new education trust named Lokseva Mandal at Narvel, The trust began by offering one academic programme in 1994. Social Work Education. Dr. Ramakant Kolte, president of Lokseva Mandal Began with low strength of students in small rooms in the premises of institution in Malkapur offering just a Certificate Course in Social Work (C.S.W.) & Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) of Social Work education. Named as Dadasaheb Dhanaji Nana Choudhari Social Work College, Malkapur.

Which is affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. It was the first and only one such UG Program B.S.W. Social Work Institution in Buldhana District. The objectives of the course are focused on preparing the candidates for a career as a professionally trained social worker and is aimed at developing in them attitudes and value necessary for working with people and organization for achieving the goals of the social work profession. To prepare students for entry-level ecologically-based generalist practice at all levels of intervention (individuals, groups, families, organizations, and communities), utilizing a liberal arts foundation.
